Built for busy recycling staff, this tool gives you a streamlined way to track attendance, manage materials, and process payments—all in one interface. Whether residents pre-register or show up day-of, you can check them in, document their drop-off items, and close the loop with a seamless payment workflow. No spreadsheets, no confusion—just fast, efficient service.

Stage 1: Initial Check-In and Cart Creation

1. Accessing Event Check-In

• From the Event Dashboard, locate the event you wish to check in participants for.

• Click on the three-dot menu next to the event.

• Select "Event Check-In" from the dropdown menu.

2. Search for a Registrant

• Event staff can search for residents by last name or email in the event check-in dashboard. You can also filter the last names by clicking on the last name filter bar.
• The system will display matching results, showing the registrant’s details and their scheduled time slot.

3. Check-In Selection

• Once the correct registrant is found, click the "Check-In" button next to their name.

• If the resident has not registered, use the Manual Check-In option to add them to the system.
